Jason Few
As president of Reliant Energy and senior vice president of retail for NRG Energy Inc., Jason Few is responsible for leading all aspects of Reliant’s retail business. Few joined the company in July 2008. Prior to working with Reliant, he was corporate vice president and general manager of companion products at Motorola Inc., where he oversaw Motorola’s global retail and distribution, global quality and customer advocacy, as well as marketing of the North American mobile devices business. He has also led SBC Communications Inc.’s activities in Wi-Fi implementation, DSL broadband roll-out, eBusiness development and the SBC Yahoo integration and business development activities. When he’s not lighting up the state, he serves on the board of directors of Syniverse Holdings Inc., the board of trustees of the Greater Houston Partnership, Rebuilding Together Houston and the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum in Chicago. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer systems from Ohio University and a master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
